Vegtable Beef Soup

Tonight for Dinner I used one of my good friends recipes for Vegetable Beef Soup and I made a few modifications for my liking.

Ingredients:
1 Box of Noodles (Elbow or Shells)
1 can of Veg-All
1 can of Sweet Corn
1 can of Sliced Carrots
1 can of Peas
1 can of Diced Tomatoes
1 Large Bottle of Low Sodium V8
1/2 Yellow Onion
4 Cloves Garlic
Stew Meat
Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Boil and cook the shells Only about 2/3 of the normal time. Add meat, garlic and diced onion in saute pan and cook meat almost through. In the crock pot add V8, Veg-All, Corn, Carrots, Peas, Tomatoes, Noodles and meat. Season with garlic powder and salt and pepper. Put on the lid and cook on high for 2.5 hours.
